Returns
We do not accept any return if you do not receive any damaged or wrong products.
For Damaged or wrong Products
If you receive damaged or wrong products you have to inform us within 24 hour from the delivery time.
Backproces
To initiate a return, please contact us at snow@sleet.ae . Please include your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Please ensure the package is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Return shipping costs
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if items are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
