RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final
Our base layers are worn directly against the skin, so for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has been delivered — including for sizing.

Try before we ship: the Sleet sizing kit
With merino, fit is everything: too loose and warm air escapes; close to the skin and it keeps you warm. Because all sales are final, with no returns or exchanges, we offer a sizing kit so you can be sure before your order ships.
Place your order, and we'll send the sizing kit first. It is free on UAE orders over AED 800 and GCC orders over AED 3,200. Below these amounts, or outside the GCC, add "Sizing kit delivery" to your bag and pay only the kit's delivery, both ways.
Send the kit back within 2 days of delivery, and your order ships in the size that fits. If a kit piece comes back worn, washed or damaged, that same piece is sent to you as your order, even if it is not your size. If the kit is not returned, your order is not shipped and your payment covers the kit.

Because every sale is final, we help you choose the right size before your order ships:

• Message us on WhatsApp (+971 54 387 8731) with your measurements and we'll recommend your size.
• Request our sizing kit before your order ships — free with orders over AED 800 in the UAE and over AED 3,200 in other GCC countries (see "Try before we ship" above).

As the size is chosen by the customer, we cannot exchange or refund an item because it is too big or too small.

Wrong or damaged item
If you receive the wrong item (for example, 240 GSM instead of 300 GSM) or an item that arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.
• Contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number and a photo of the item.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
Reports received after 12 hours cannot be accepted.
