SHIPPING POLICY

Where we deliver
Sleet delivers across the GCC (the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman), and to Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and the United States.

Delivery times
UAE: 1–2 working days
Other GCC countries: 3–5 working days
Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan: 5–8 working days
United States: 5–8 working days
Orders placed before 4:00 pm UAE time are handed to the courier the same working day. Times are estimates and may change during public holidays, customs checks or busy periods.

Delivery costs
UAE: free on all base-layer orders. Wool Care on its own: AED 35.
Other GCC countries: free on orders over AED 800. Below that, the fee is shown at checkout.
Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan: AED 120, free on orders over AED 1,600.
United States: AED 160.

Sizing outside the GCC
For Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and the United States, our team will help you choose your size on WhatsApp before you order. A sizing sample kit is also available, with delivery both ways paid by the customer.

Customs
Orders delivered outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or VAT set by the destination country. These are paid by the customer on delivery and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

Your address
Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away and we'll correct it before dispatch if we can.
