Don't bother with other thermals Honestly these are the best, I've tried many synthetic before and they fall short in comparison to these merino wool ones. They are soft, non itchy and durable. And most importantly they are natural fibers, we are exposed to so many chemicals and hormone disruptors it's nice to know a natural and efficient product to rival synthetic ones. Btw I tried them in my recent trip to Japan in -4 temperatures, life savers.
Great product. I really liked the product.. used it in Russia Where temperature some days reached -14. It kept me warm and it was comfortable in wearing. Definitely gonna be my only merino wool to use from now on. Customer service was great they really helped me to chose the right size and fit. delivery was in few hours.
Top-tier merino thermals and an even better seller experience. We bought a couple sets of 240 GSM Marino Wool base layers (leggings + long-sleeve tops) for our ski trip to Megève, France this Feb from Sleet.ae, and I couldn’t be happier. The seller was phenomenal; super responsive, extremely helpful, and lovely to deal with. They guided us on the right GSM options and even shipped “test fit” sets to try on and confirm sizing (a total game changer since most brands don’t allow returns once opened). Shipping was same day/next day, everything arrived earlier than expected, and the seller stayed in touch throughout with updates to ensure we were satisfied. They also included a large bottle of eco-friendly wool detergent, all included in the price. Performance-wise, these thermals were perfect. We wore them skiing/snowboarding and around town in -7°C to +5°C and stayed incredibly warm without ever feeling sweaty or overheated; just comfortable all day/night. They were so effective we could even ditch our mid-layers on the slopes. Perfect fit, comfort, and balance of insulation and breathability. I can’t recommend Sleet.ae enough, and I’m already looking forward to trying their 350 GSM merino thermals for even colder conditions.

Super quality I bought two white tops to wear under work shorts for a trip to London in November 2025. The morino didn’t show under the shirt (which was exactly the point). Micron vs GSM
Micron · Softness
The diameter of each wool fibre. The lower the micron, the softer and finer it feels against the skin.
About a third the width of a human hair — smooth, never itchy.
GSM · Warmth
Grams per square metre — the fabric's weight and density. Higher GSM means more insulation, not always more bulk.
Merino wool has an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio, so it can feel light while still giving strong warmth — more than cotton or synthetic fabrics of a similar GSM.

No. Our superfine 18.5 micron merino is far finer than traditional wool, so it feels smooth and soft against the skin.
Which weight do I need — 240 or 300 GSM?
240 GSM (midweight) is ideal for cold weather down to about −10°C — a balance of warmth, breathability and comfort for everyday winter wear.
300 GSM (heavyweight) is made for the coldest weather down to about −30°C, for extreme or long exposure to cold.
What is the Twin Layer?
A soft, non-itch thermal for sensitive skin: 100% cotton inside against the skin and 100% merino wool outside for natural warmth. The two layers trap warm air between them, keeping you comfortable in the cold — ideal for anyone who usually finds wool itchy.
